Because Rudra Superfoods formulates fresh, small-batch, perishable Satvic food products without artificial preservatives, strict food safety and hygiene protocols apply.

1. Non-Returnable Perishable Policy

Food products, herbal formulations, and clarified ghee once delivered and unsealed are strictly non-returnable to prevent contamination risks under Food Safety and Standards guidelines.

2. Transit Damage & 100% Replacement Shield

If your package is broken, unsealed, or visibly damaged during transit:

• Take an unboxing photo or short video showing the outer label and damaged seal.
• Send the visual proof to our official support WhatsApp at +91 9634522354 within 48 hours of delivery.
• Upon verification, a 100% replacement or full refund will be initiated back to your original source account within 5 to 7 business days.

3. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may cancel an order before the courier pickup has been initiated from our Saharanpur hub (typically within 4 hours of payment). Once an AWB number is generated, dispatch cannot be recalled.
